me!!! I LOVE BLOGS!
I wish more people had them and I wish more people subscribed to ours, that way when I have really cute photos of the kids, I'm not emailing a thousand people just to say check the blog. I think you might want to "market your subscription" again. I "market" every few months.
To market - With a new post, email all your friend telling them you have some pics of the house or something on the blog, to check them out, and while they're there, to sign up for a subscription, so they'll get emailed every time a new post is put on.
But, since I've been using our blog, I've also stopped using Facebook and Myspace to post as many pics (unless people are going to be tagged in them). And with regards to this post, wait for a few days as you may have "stragglers" that may only check your blog once a week or so.
In fact, at the wedding, I founf out that one of my aunts who doesn't have a subscription and doesn't comment, checks my blog every day for the newest savings info, so you just nevew know...
But, seriously, I think it's easier to blog than to facebook or myspace. It's just a matter of trafficing your site, and we're not listed in any search engines, b/c I don't want joe-schmoe to be able to look us up and find all about us. Even change your facebook status to your blogsite...
AND total note - did you see your in-laws even BEAT my response?!!!

PS. The sonata was definitely nice. We're still thinking about a cobalt - Heather works at GM and I have an uncle that works at Mercedes, so we get the GM and Daimler-Chrysler discounts.
